Opening A Managed Forex Account

There are a few simple steps to opening a managed account with Invariant Capital Management. Your account will be held in your own name with OANDA, one of the largest non-bank Futures Commission Merchants (FCMs) that specializes in currency trading. Invariant Capital will then manage your account(s) through OANDA's electronic trading platform. If you have any questions about the OANDA account application process, please contact OANDA Customer Service. For all other questions, please contact Invariant Capital.

Step 1 - Click Here To Open An OANDA Account

In Step 4 of the OANDA Account Application, fill out the form according to the following:

In Step 6 of the Account Application, select whether or not you would like to use FXGlobalTransfer. Most select No to this option, as it is a separate OANDA service for international money transfers.

Once you complete all the steps, click Submit.

Review your application details, then click Proceed to Next Section. Review and click Agree for each legal agreement. A confirmation email will then be sent to you with a link to activate your account, along with your account number, user name, and password. Check your email and click on the activation link. This email also contains the Identity Confirmation form with instructions on submitting two forms of ID.

After OANDA processes your IDs, they will inform you that your account is ready for funding. To deposit money to your account, log in to the Cash Management System here:

Use your user name and password to log in, then follow the directions to deposit funds.

Step 2 - Join Invariant Capital

> Conservative Program

> Moderate Program

> Aggressive Program

Note: Please contact us before allocating money to the Aggressive Program so we can determine investment suitability.

Click on the link of the program(s) you wish to join. Enter your OANDA account information and click Login. Once you have joined the appropriate program - or combination of programs - then print out the following Power of Attorney form:

The account number required on the POA is the 4-digit managed account number. You can find this number by logging on to FXManager. If you choose to allocate money between several programs, you must submit one POA for each program.

Fax the completed POA(s) to Invariant Capital at 1-646-706-7732 or email it to accounts@invariant-capital.com.

Review the Invariant Capital Disclosure Document and sign the following Disclosure Agreement:

Fax the Disclosure Agreement to Invariant Capital at 1-646-706-7732 or email it to accounts@invariant-capital.com.

Step 3 - Allocate Money To Invariant Capital

Go back to the OANDA Cash Management System:

Click Transfer Funds to move your funds from your principal FXTrade account to the account MA Unalloc Bal. Now log in to FXManager:

http://fxmanager.invariant-capital.com

Click on Account, then Allocate Funds. Type in the amount you would like to invest with Invariant and click Submit. This is also where you can withdraw funds from the Invariant program.

All monies allocated to Invariant Capital will be accepted for trading on the following Sunday.

Using FXManager, you can view any activity in your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also print custom reports, see all fees charged by Invariant, and monitor active positions, offering you complete investment transparency over your account.
